My preference is to build a relationship with the founding team to ensure joint understanding of the challenges ahead. Then I work hands-on, prioritising outcomes over theory. I don’t over-engineer but build the right level of structure to increase accountability, improve capital efficiency, and give founders the clarity and headspace to scale with confidence.
